Available only on annual subscription, and in 3 packs of Loyalty Accounts, iVend Loyalty is a points and rewards management application. This pack is for defining 10,000 loyalty accounts, renewed every year.
iVend Loyalty is a points and rewards management application allowing a retailer to define Loyalty Card members, which can be seamlessly referenced across iVend Terminal POS, iVend Mobile POS and iVend eCommerce.
In iVend Loyalty, flexible loyalty plans can be created based on product, product groups, customer, customer groups, loyalty levels, quantity of goods purchased, value of goods purchased, tender type used for purchases, and many more such criteria. Loyalty plans can be tailored to be executed at specific times at different stores.
iVend Loyalty comes with standard email templates allowing retailers to send out emails to their customers on specific events – like when the customer is a few points away from crossing over to the next loyalty level, when the customer crosses over to the next loyalty level, when the loyalty points are going to expire in the next few days, etc.
iVend Loyalty – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts is ONLY available in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.
iVend Loyalty – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts is licensed per 10,000 loyalty accounts defined in the system and requires the annual renewal to be paid in advance.
A retailer can license additional loyalty cards in pack of 1,000 Loyalty accounts. This is a separate licensed component.
Software Assurance licenses are included in the annual subscription mode.
In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if iVend Loyalty – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.
In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.
In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
