iVend Loyalty Customer Portal - Additional 100, 000 Loyalty Accounts

Available only on annual subscription, to be renewed every year, iVend Loyalty Customer Portal allows the customers to view their points and loyalty member status online using a standard web browser. The Customer Loyalty Portal also displays the transactional history of the Loyalty Card Member.

iVend Loyalty Customer Portal is licensed per 100, 000 loyalty accounts, renewed every year.

iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Pack of 100, 000 Loyalty Accounts is ONLY available in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.

iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Pack of 100, 000 is licensed per 100, 000 loyalty accounts defined in the system and requires the annual renewal to be paid in advance.

A retailer can license Customer Portal for Additional Loyalty Cards in pack of 1,000 Loyalty accounts. This is a separate licensed component.

Software Assurance licenses are included in the annual subscription mode.

In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Pack of 100, 000 is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.

In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.

In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
