Store Manager Console - Subscription

Store Manager Console User is for the store based back office user who carries out day-to-day business functions like – inventory management, receiving of goods, requesting stock transfers, raising purchase orders, stock counting, managing till and cash operations, generating different reports, managing user rights, etc.

Depending on the user rights, the users of Store Manager Console can define promotions, gift cards, special price lists, etc.

Store Manager Console User is a user CAL license for the iVend Management Console application installed at the Head Office.

Store Manager Console User can also be licensed in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.

ONLY one (1) Store Manager Console User license is included in the first purchase. All additional Store Manager Console Users are licensed

In both the options the Software Assurance licenses are included.

In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if Store Manager Console User is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.

In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.

In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.

Store Manager Console User (Subscription Licenses) cannot be exchanged with Head Office Manager Console Users at the Head Office.

Store Manager Console User (Subscription Licenses) are store specific and cannot be used across stores.
