iVend Loyalty Customer Portal - Additional 1000 Loyalty Accounts

As the name specifies, Customer Portal – Pack of additional Loyalty Accounts, allows a retailer to define additional loyalty accounts for the Loyalty Customer Portal in packs of 1,000 accounts.


The additional packs of 1,000 can only be licensed either along with or after the iVend Loyalty – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts AND iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts.


The additional packs of 1,000 can only be licensed either along with or after the iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts AND iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts.


The additional packs of 1,000 can only be licensed either along with or after the iVend Loyalty – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts AND iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts.


iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Additional Pack of 1,000 Loyalty Accounts is ONLY available in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.


iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Additional Pack of 1,000 Loyalty Accounts is licensed per 1,000 loyalty accounts defined in the system and requires the annual renewal to be paid in advance.


The additional packs of 1,000 can only be licensed either along with or after the iVend Loyalty – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts AND iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Pack of 10,000 Loyalty Accounts.


Software Assurance licenses are included in the annual subscription mode.


In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if iVend Loyalty Customer Portal – Additional Pack of 1,000 Loyalty Accounts is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.


In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.


In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
