Quick Books Connector - Perpetual

The iVend for Quick Books connector integrates iVend Retail Management Suite to a Quick Books installation. Using the iVend for Quick Books Connector, a retailer can enjoy the business benefits of Quick Books as an ERP, which includes seamless integration from iVend Retail of sales, inventory and related master data that feeds into the financials for the generation of necessary business reports. 


When licensed in the perpetual mode iVend for Quick Books Connector licenses can be used till perpetuity and need not be renewed monthly or annually. However to continue receiving upgrades and patches, it is mandatory to license iVend for Quick Books Connector Software Assurance.

The iVend for Quick Books Connector is licensed per company database.

The Software Assurance licenses are mandatory for the first year.

One iVend for Quick Books Connector is required for every Quick Books instance.

From the second year onwards, the retailer has the option NOT to license the Software Assurance. Later, should the retailer decide to opt in for Software Assurance, the retailer will have to pay the Software Assurance Licenses from retrospective effect + Software Assurance Licenses for the current year.

The SA (Software Assurance) cycle will be determined by the first purchase. The SA cycle of all subsequent purchase will be regularized to match the SA cycle of the first purchase.
